4-Claw Stand up Weed Puller

I think it works great. The wife hates because now she more work to do 😜 She pulled a wagon full in a few hours. I could see when pulling the larger weeds where it felt like it might break. So works great for about 98% of the weeds.

I can’t say this enough—buy this weed puller! I chose this one over the other common brands because it pushes the weeds right off the claws, so you don’t have to use your hands to remove stuck weeds. It will leave a little hole where the weed came out, but honestly, who cares? You get the entire root out, which is what really matters. I bought this because my ferns kept escaping their designated area, and they’re a pain to dig out by hand in the grass. This tool has been a total game changer—so simple and effective! Not having to bend down to clean the tool after every pull makes weeding way faster and easier. If you pull weeds regularly, this is a must-have. I 100% recommend it—they really nailed it with this one!

I have an absurd amount of large dandelions in my yard. This thing has been a beast. There is no way I would have been able to pull up this many without this tool. Highly recommend

This Fiskars Weeder is lightweight and easy to use. I pulled an entire pot full of dandelions in just a few minutes. The eject action is so satisfying and it makes a great sound - like racking one in the chamber. I tried this on pokeweed, but that taproot is just too long for this device. I tried it on a clump of crabgrass and it was super easy to pull the clump out. It sort of works on wild garlic, but it takes several tries to get the whole patch. They'll just grow back anyway. I have lots more weeding to go, but I'm a heart patient and need to do small chores each time. There's always tomorrow and more weeds! Anyone have a good recipe for dandelion greens and wild garlic?

I bought this in July 20 22. I just started using it for my fourth season today and the bottom piece that closes the blade broke. It no longer closes properly. I just submitted a warranty claim, along with a picture of the tool and my original receipt from Amazon. I will update this once I know the result of my claim. It’s supposed to be a lifetime warranty. It’s been a wonderful tool and does a great job on dandelions. The only problem I ever had was when I encouraged my five-year-old nephew to stomp on the lever. He wasn’t holding onto the handle and the handle hit him in the head I just received the brand new tool yesterday April 14 free of charge. So yes, the lifetime warranty was accurate. All they required was proof of purchase and picture of the broken tool.

The Fiskars 4 claw stand up weed remover is an easy to use and effective tool to rid your lawn of unwanted weeds. It takes very little effort. I am a short, senior lady and it's easy for me. The trick is to bend over and make sure you line up the tool head directly over the center of the weed; otherwise, you won't remove the entire weed. It does leave an empty space where the weed has been pulled but that is better than unsightly weeds. Its fun to use and very satisfying. Bonus: the tool also comes fully assembled.

My husband and I have a decent sized property that we like to maintain. Last year we cleared out an insane amount of invasive honey suckle and autumn olive trees. These aren’t just great for regular weeds but have helped us pull out some of the saplings that are trying to come back. Just ordered a second one because this is our new favorite tool!

Item came quickly. I bought it for my son in law. He is very happy with the device. Pulls out roots from very deep and they come up easily.

To save my back I use this weed puller to remove invasive scotch pine seedlings (and a little larger) scattered over several acres. Turn it sideways so the blades fit around the trunk, straighten the tool, push down to secure it in the front, and slowly pull back. Best in moist soil, and again, slowly. Love it. I also hate dandelions!

Do you hate weeds? Me, too! But apparently I’m also overly exuberant with my RoundUp application and end up with large dead spots of grass or just burning the leaves of the weed only to have the thing sprout up again a week later. Not to mention I have dogs and I worry about them ingesting it. I decided that I’d commit to weed & feed treatments in spring and fall and pull weeds during the summer. A great plan until I looked at my lawn and realized my back and knees wouldn’t last the day let alone the summer. Enter this handy tool! The Fiskars Weeded builds upon the traditional weasel tool by improving effectiveness and usability/ergonomics. The idea is to place the for “claws” around the base of a weed (ideally the area where the taproot would be) and use the platform to force the claw into the ground around the weed. Then you pull back on the handle, which closes the claws around the taproot and pinches it as you continue to pull back and slowly pull the weed out. There’s even a weed-ejecting mechanism on the handle that lets you neatly place the weed into your satisfyingly large pile of dead weeds. It did take a long time to arrive, but was worth the wait. I highly recommend this over hand pulling weeds and even other weed pulling devices!!
